My Malfunction indicator light is on, plugged in a scanner and code P20 EE, P204 E, P20 EE, P2002 and P204 F show up. what do the codes refer to?

2011 passat estate 2.0 tdi sport tech. 2nd key will not start the car, says imboliser is active. No response on dash indicators?. Any info. Much appreciated.
